New Opening Hours

A review of the currently valid opening hours for Emden airfield has shown that certain marginal hours are rarely, if ever, used by our customers. In order to avoid unnecessary and uneconomical allocation of staff resources, we as Emden Airport will adjust the opening hours of the airport to actual demand as of October 1, 2025. The changes are highlighted in yellow in the photo below.

It will still be possible to use the airport outside of the opening hours within the framework of the published PPR regulation. The internal agreement to generally grant PPR between 06:00 and 22:00 LT remains unaffected.
